In a searing interview, senior lawyer and former Advocate General for Karnataka, BV Acharya spoke exclusively to The Lede about the role of the judiciary in times of COVID-19.
Stating that PILs must not be entertained by the courts at this time, he said all courts must exercise caution and ensure they do not "encroach" upon the Executive's powers.
